Terms of service.

This promotion applies to an implant treatment plan consisting of surgical and restorative components together.

The treatment can be single or staged treatment. Staged treatment may need to be prepaid in full.

Consultation with the dentist is needed to prepare a treatment plan. Risks and complications will be advised prior to agreement and the patient can reject the treatment proposal.

Pre-booked appointments cannot be cancelled and prepaid deposit or treatment fee is non-refundable.
